Shipping and Payment Information

SHIPPING COST:

To calculate the cost of shipping, add items to cart, go to the cart and enter your Province and Postal code.

You get up to 10% of your order value as credit towards your shipping cost. If your order value is large enough you may even get FREE SHIPPING.

FREE SHIPPING is based on your location, the weight of the items and the value of your order.

SHIPPING SPEED:

 Most orders with in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days.

• Local Delivery to the Greater Toronto Area:
  • Delivery Speed:  Within a day or two.

• Canada Post for the rest of Canada:
  • Delivery Speed:  Depends on the destination and how busy Canada Post is.

 SHIPPING WEIGHT:

Maximum weight for each shipment is 30 KG.  if you are not getting a shipping quote in the shopping cart then your order has exceeded the maximum weight.  You will have to split up the order into two or more smaller orders.

PICKUP AT OUR STORES:

If you live or work in Toronto or Brampton area and would prefer to pickup your order at one of our two locations, then choose "Pickup at Store" during Checkout.  We will send you a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.  Toronto pickup orders are generally ready in a day or two. Brampton pickup orders take one to seven days.
