Use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions:

All pages and contents of this site are for the purpose of shopping on this site and for no other purpose.  Any other use including copying of information is strictly prohibited.

Gameshack.ca and Game Shack logos are trademarks of Game Shack Inc.

All pictures and logos of products appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Errors:
If an error or inaccuracy in pricing, stock and/or other information is found on this website, we will correct it as quickly as possible.  Game Shack will NOT honor prices appearing in the website due to human or technical errors.

Items in short supply:
We do our best to fulfill all our pre-orders.  But a lot of times (especially in the case of Trading Cards) the manufacturer does not provide us with enough product to fulfill all our orders.  If we find out from our suppliers that an item is going to be in short supply then we stop taking pre-orders for that item or we place a limit on how many each household can order.  If we get this information very late and close to the release date of the item then we have no choice but to reduce the order quantity of the item to 1 per household and even cancel some of the orders.  We apologize for this but we have no control over it.

Large orders:
Game Shack is a retailer, not a wholesaler.  If we see that someone is ordering large quantities of an item at the expense of our other retail customers not being able to order that same item for their own use then we will cancel that order and ask that customer to place a new order for a more reasonable and acceptable quantitiy.

Cancellation of Pre-orders
Pre-Orders can be cancelled for a full refund; with the exception of TCG's (Trading cards).  All TCG pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

Price Changes on Pre-ordered items:
If the price of an item is changed by the manufacturer/publisher/distributor after it has been pre-ordered, we will change our price and notify the customers.  The customers can then decide if they want to still purchase it at the new price or cancel the pre-order.

Language:
All inquiries must be sent in English.  We do not have staff to respond to any inquiries in any other language.

Order Cancelation:

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, such as:

    Limitations on quantities available for purchase (out of stock)

    Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or stock information

    Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

    Shipping method or carrier not available

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
